Converged Technology Professionals Honored to Participate on Panel at Mitel Summit 2019 to Discuss Digital Transformation and CX

Joe Rittenhouse, President of Business Development at Converged Technology Professionals, was selected to participate in one of two event panels during the Mitel Consultants and Analysts Summit 2019 which was held September 23^rd - 25^th in Plano, TX. 

Rittenhouse provided valuable insight from the perspective of a Mitel Platinum Partner on the topic of digital transformation, and spoke about the challenges that VARs are facing to distinguish themselves as the B2B customer struggles to find clarity throughout the buying process due to the over-abundance of information they are continually presented with.  

“It is the responsibility of the VAR more so now than ever before to clearly articulate not just the solution that the customer needs, but to present it in a way that takes the confusion out of a complex situation.  This requires taking a wholistic view of the customer’s business processes and finding ways to streamline and optimize those processes,” states Joe Rittenhouse. 

Converged was joined on the panel by Mitel customers BSN Sports and Jefferson County Public Schools who also gave unique insight into their digital transformation journeys.
