Converged Technology Professionals Now Offer Custom IVR Development Services for SMB and Enterprise Global Markets

Converged Technology Professionals announced today the recent addition of custom IVR application development services to their list of unified communication offerings for SMB and Enterprise business customers.  The service will utilize the ShoreTel Summit CPaaS platform which provides the network and infrastructure needed to build and manage cloud-based voice and SMS applications.

With offices throughout the Midwest, CT-Pros is offering their new development services to both regional and global business markets.

As a certified Summit partner, CT-Pros will use the CPaaS platform to enable businesses to improve customer communications and experiences through advanced IVR functionality such as self-help automation, secure pay by phone interactions, surveys, and other unique use-case applications.
