Converged Technology Professionals Welcomes Mark Johnson as Manager of Business Development in Michigan and Surrounding Regional Market

Grand Rapids, MI -- Converged Technology Professionals, a Mitel Platinum Partner specializing in unified communications and network consulting, announces the recent addition of industry veteran Mark Johnson as Manager of Business Development.

As a 22-year professional within the telecommunications industry, and a resume full of both sales and management experience, Johnson who was once previously employed by Converged Technology Professionals in earlier years has returned to further expand and help grow the company’s footprint in the regional area.

As Manager of Business Development, Mark will be focusing on the expansion of new SMB and Enterprise accounts for both Mitel MiVoice Connect and MiCloud Connect platforms.   His deep understanding of the Mitel (previously ShoreTel) phone system and unified communications solutions will help businesses successfully incorporate the right technologies that best fit their unique business needs.
