Crystal Lake, IL, October 5, 2017  Converged Technology Professionals, a unified communications solutions provider, announced today they have achieved Platinum status as a ShoreTel/Mitel Partner for a second consecutive year.

Mitel who has recently acquired ShoreTel is continuing the Champion Partner program which is divided into four tiers allowing partners to receive the just-right support they need.  Platinum status is the highest level a Champion Partner can achieve during the course of the partner year.  Qualification is determined by a variety of factors including a comprehensive point system, account sales volume and technical and demo skill certifications.
