Converged Technology Professionals Achieves ShoreTel Partner Start Certification

Converged Technology Professionals, a ShoreTel Platinum Partner, announced their successful completion of the ShoreTel Partner Start certification training program.

The Partner Start certification allows Converged Technology Professionals the opportunity to offer its award winning high touch implementation to cloud customers as part of the ShoreTel Connect CLOUD product subscription.
