The service will utilize the ShoreTel Summit CPaaS platform which provides the network and infrastructure needed to build and manage cloud-based voice and SMS applications.
With offices throughout the Midwest, CT-Pros is offering their new development services to both regional and global business markets.
As a certified Summit partner, CT-Pros will use the CPaaS platform to enable businesses to improve customer communications and experiences through advanced IVR functionality such as self-help automation, secure pay by phone interactions, surveys, and other unique use-case applications.
