CT-Pros Joins Mitel Partner Program Without Disrupting Support of ShoreTel Product Lines

Converged Technology Professionals, a provider of IT and telecommunications consulting, analysis, and deployment of networks and ShoreTel phone systems, is proud to announce they have signed a partnership agreement with Mitel.

Mitel is a leading UCaaS provider and recently acquired ShoreTel, a previous competitor in the UC market.   The acquisition was finalized on September 25th, 2017 when Mitel officially took possession of ShoreTel and their assets.

As a Platinum ShoreTel partner and Circle of Excellence award recipient, CT-Pros will continue to provide support for the ShoreTel systems and solutions their customers use.   Under the new Mitel Partner program, the existing ShoreTel product line will remain in place with no forced changes or interruption to existing business agreements.
